Fuel tax report prep
We organize your miles and fuel receipts by state so your quarterly IFTA report is ready on time.
Heavy vehicle use tax
We prepare and e-file Form 2290 for trucks of 55,000 lbs or more, so you have your Schedule 1 for registration.

Questions truckers ask us
Do you work with drivers outside Miami and Ocala?
Yes. Everything is virtual, so we can help drivers and trucking companies wherever they are. We have offices in Miami and serve the Ocala area too.
I’m a company driver with a W-2. Can you help?
Yes. We prepare individual returns for company drivers, as well as business returns for owner-operators and fleets.
When are IFTA and Form 2290 due?
IFTA reports are due quarterly, on the last day of the month after each quarter ends: January 31, April 30, July 31 and October 31. Form 2290 is generally due by August 31 for trucks on the road in July, and by the end of the month after first use for new trucks.
What does trucking bookkeeping cost?
It depends on how many trucks you run and how many transactions you have each month. After a short consult, we give you a written quote before any work begins.
Can you catch me up on past years?
Yes. We can rebuild missing books, prepare prior-year returns and help you respond to IRS letters.
